On September 5, 2019, TriplePoint Venture Growth BDC Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that DBRS, Inc. assigned the Company investment grade issuer and long-term senior debt ratings of BBB. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
