On August 26, 2019, our CEO Vikram Grover purchased 125,000 restricted shares of our Series B Preferred Stock for $25,000.00. The shares are convertible into 125,000,000 common shares based on the closing price of 2050 Motors, Inc. common stock on August 23, 2019.
