Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited (“Harmony” or the “Company”) in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, announces changes to the composition of Harmony board committees on 15 August 2019 to enhance the effectiveness of the board, following the appointment of two new independent non-executive directors on 13 May 2019.
