Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On July 29, 2019, Mylan N.V. (“Mylan” or the “Company”) issued a press release reporting the Company's financial results for the period ended June 30, 2019. In addition, the Company issued an earnings call presentation that will be discussed as part of the Company’s review of its second quarter 2019 results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the earnings call presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
