Other Events.

On July 11, 2019, Taronis Technologies, Inc. (“the Company”) was formally notified by The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) that the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) has granted the Company’s request for continued listing on Nasdaq, pursuant to an extension through September 19, 2019, to evidence compliance with the $1.00 per share bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a). In accordance with the terms of the Panel’s decision, the Company’s continued listing is subject to the timely satisfaction of a number of interim milestones; ultimately, the Company must evidence a closing bid price of at least $1.00 per share for 20 consecutive trading days on or before September 19, 2019 to evidence compliance with the terms of the Panel’s decision and to thereafter maintain its listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market.
