Effective July ninth, 2019, Mr. Kai-Fu Lee resigned from the board of directors (the “ Board ”) of LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”). Mr. Lee indicated that he decided to resign due to personal reasons, and not as a result of any disagreement with the Company. The Board is currently seeking suitable replacement for the vacancy left by Mr. Lee.
