Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officer.

 

On June 18, 2019, Tomer Kariv tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors, and all Board committees, of VBI Vaccines Inc. (the “Company”), effective June 18, 2019. The resignation of Mr. Kariv was not in connection with any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
