Grant of share options under the Lookers plc Long-Term Incentive
Plan
The Board of Directors of Lookers plc ("Lookers" or the
"Company") announces that, following approval by the Company's
Remuneration Committee, the Company has today granted options to
certain directors (the "Options").
The Options have been granted pursuant to the rules of the
Lookers plc Long-Term Incentive Plan.
The Options have been granted over a total of 1,359,888 ordinary
shares of GBP0.05 each in the capital of the Company.
In normal circumstances, the Options are exercisable three years
from the date of grant (to the extent to which the performance
criteria have been met.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse
Regulation), detailed information about the grant of the Options is
attached to this announcement.
