On April 30, 2019, PeerStream, Inc. (the “
Company
”)
issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter of 2019 and posted an earnings presentation on its
corporate website. Also on April 30, 2019, the Company held an earnings call. The press release, earnings presentation and transcript
of the earnings call are furnished as Exhibits 99.1, 99.2 and 99.3, respectively.
