Mattel Inc. (MAT) said it expanded its licensing agreement with Walt Disney Co. (DIS) to span new titles and develop toys for all of Pixar Animation Studios' film properties.

Mattel shares were up 5% to $12.77 premarket.

Included in the new agreement are upcoming 2020 movie releases, including "Onward," as well as titles like "Coco," "Finding Nemo," "Monsters Inc." and "The Incredibles." Mattel's licensing rights in North America, Europe, Latin America, Australia and New Zealand include products such as action figures, miniature and novelty figures, plush and playsets available beginning in May 2020.

The agreement builds on Mattel's relationship with Disney and Pixar, which includes "Toy Story 3" and the "Cars" franchise.
