Grant of Awards under the Company's 2017 Deferred Bonus Plan
On 25 April 2019 the Company granted the following awards over
ordinary shares under the 2017 Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Plan") in
respect of bonuses earned for the period ended 31 December
2018.
