announce the appointment of Christopher
Formant, a senior business and technology industry
executive, to its Board of Directors, effectively immediately.
Over his distinguished 35-year career, Mr. Formant has served in
leadership positions at large and mid-sized companies. Most
recently, he was President of Verizon Enterprise Solutions, where
he was responsible for Verizon's $20
billion advanced technology and business solutions business
for global enterprise and government customers. From 2008 to 2013,
he held several positions including President of Avaya Global
Services, a B2B digital communications company where he was
responsible for the $2.5 billion
services business and a $900 million
government business. Earlier in his career, he was: Executive Vice
President, Financial Services and Middle Market at Bearingpoint
Inc., President and CEO of Scient, Inc., an internet firm; Managing
Partner and Global Banking Leader at PwC; and, Executive Vice
President at MBNA Corporation.

Maryland, Mr. Formant holds an MBA from George Washington University and a Bachelor of
Science from Washington and Lee
University. He is a member of the Board of ID Systems,
