("Evolve") is pleased to announce the final distribution amounts
per unit (the "Distributions") for certain exchange traded funds
(the "Evolve ETFs") for the period ending December 31, 2018, as indicated in the tables
below.
DISTRIBUTIONS
Unitholders of record on December 31,
