Kering (KER.FR) said Friday that it has appointed Heloise Temple-Boyer to replace Patricia Barbizet on its board of directors.

Ms. Temple-Boyer is the deputy chief executive of Kering's controlling shareholder Artemis SA.

She will represent the interests of Financiere Pinault, an investment holding company controlled by Kering's chairman and chief executive, Francois-Henri Pinault, Kering said.
