--The board of French energy group Engie will on Tuesday decide to keep its 32% stake in Suez, valued at 2.5 billion euros ($2.85 billion), reports Les Echos, citing an unnamed source.

--With the decision Engie will for the first time exclude the idea of launching a takeover bid for the water-and-waste-management services company, according to Les Echos.
