Wave Sync Corp. (the “Registrant”) was unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the nine months ended September 30, 2018 on a timely basis because the Registrant requires additional time to work internally and with its auditor and legal counsel to prepare and finalize the Form 10-Q. The Registrant anticipates that it will file the Form 10-Q no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
