Bullish sentiment rose slightly among financial advisers surveyed in the weekly Investors Intelligence poll.

The percentage of financial advisers who are bullish on the market increased to 42.9% from 42.5% a week earlier, while bearish sentiment retreated to 19% from 19.8%.

The percentage of financial advisers expecting a market correction grew to 38.1% from 37.7%.

In the week ended Tuesday, 24.75% of stocks listed on the New York Stock Exchange were above their 10-week moving averages. Also, 22.19% of NYSE stocks were above their 30-week averages.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average recently fell 84.34 points, or 0.3%, to 25202.10. The index has risen 2% year to date.
