Announcement Regarding Kaan Terzioğlu ’s Membership of the Turkish Football Federation Board of Directors

Our Company’ s CEO, Kaan Terzioğlu, has submitted his reasoning with regards to the suspension of his participation to the Turkish Football Federation (“TFF”) Board of Directors meetings within the scope of TFF Statute Article 34 Item 5 and Article 36 Item 3, until the conclusion of the “Tender on Fixed Odds and Pari-Mutuel Betting Games Based on Sports Competitions Shall Be Made by Spor Toto Directorate through Private Legal Entities” which will be held on November 27, 2018 and the contract, which will be signed between the winning party and Spor Toto Directorate, coming into effect.
