s Board of Directors has decided that our 55% owned subsidiary İnteltek İnternet Teknoloji Yatırım ve Danışmanlık Ticaret A.Ş.
is to participate in the “Tender on Fixed Odds and Pari-Mutuel Betting Games Based on Sports Competitions Shall Be Made by Spor Toto Directorate through Private Legal Entities”, which is announced to be held on November 27, 2018, in accordance with the tender provisions and specifications which were published in the Official Gazette dated October 25, 2018 and No.30576.
