DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS

On October 1, 2018, Ms. Hongxia Zhao resigned as a director of Wave Sync Corp. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Ms. Zhao resigned from the board of directors of the Company for personal reasons and not as a result of any disputes or disagreements between Ms. Zhao and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
