                             Domestic Trend 
 
   In the south, long and medium grain milled rice prices steady to firm. 
Parboiled prices steady.  Second heads and Brewers steady to firm.  Rice by- 
products: Rice Bran, Millfeed and Rice Hulls steady. 
   In California, medium grain milled rice prices 2.00-3.00 lower.  Second 
heads steady to 1.00 higher.  Brewers 2.00 higher.  Rice by-products: Rice Bran 
steady to 5.00 higher.  Rice hull market not established as mills continue to 
pay for disposal of rice hulls. 
   CME Rough Rice settlements for Monday 22nd, Nov 18 closed .20 lower at 
10.835; Jan 19 closed .195 lower at 11.035; Mar 19 closed .21 lower at 11.165. 
US dollar index on Monday settled at 96.01.
