Sirius, Amazon Enter Marketing Agreement

SiriusXM (SIRI) and Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN) unveiled Thursday a
marketing agreement bundling Amazon's Echo smart speakers with
SiriusXM's streaming service.
Under the agreement, new and existing Echo customers can
subscribe for three months of SiriusXM free. In addition, new
six-month SiriusXM All Access or SiriusXM Premier Streaming
subscriptions come with a free Echo Dot.
Additional initiatives involving Amazon devices, the Alexa voice
service and SiriusXM programming are expected to be announced this
year, Sirius said.
Sirius shares were up 2.2% to $6.39 premarket.
