--Vegetarian food company Beyond Meat has hired JP Morgan (JPM), Goldman Sachs (GS) and Credit Suisse (CS) to handl eits initial public offering, CNBC reports Wednesday, citing "people familiar with the matter."

--The company sells its products in 32,000 stores and restaurants, including Whole Foods and Target, the report said.

--Beyond Meat also supplies the vegan Impossible Burger to the White Castle hamburger chain.
