Casino Signs Store Partnership With Quattrucci Family

Casino Guichard-Perrachon SA (CO.FR) said Monday that twelve supermarkets and hypermarkets operated by the Quattrucci family will join the French retailer's network of stores after the two sides reached an agreement.

Casino said the twelve stores specialize in fresh products and will be supplied by Casino as of Jan. 1. Seven of the stores will operate under the marche frais Geant banner, while the other five will operate under the marche frais Leader Price banner, the company said.

The stores are located in the Ile-de-France region and the Oise department and generated more than 300 million euros ($346.7 million) of sales in 2017.

No financial details have been disclosed.
