Adobe Systems Inc. (ADBE), Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) and SAP SE
(SAP) announced Monday collaboration by the three companies to
enhance interoperability and data exchange between their
applications and platforms through a common data model.
This will allow users to more easily transfer information among
products produced by the three companies.
"The core focus of the Open Data Initiative is to eliminate data
silos and enable a single view of the customer, helping companies
to better govern their data and support privacy and security
initiatives," the companies said.
The companies said users of Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe
Experience Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and SAP C/4HANA and
S/4HANA will be able to choose development tools and applications
to build and deploy services.
