IPO of Lilly Unit Elanco Animal Health Prices Above Range at $24

The initial public offering of Elanco Animal Health Inc. (ELAN),
a unit of Eli Lilly & Co. (LLY), priced above its expected
range on Wednesday.
The 62.9 million-share IPO priced at $24, compared with the
projected range of $20 to $23.
Elanco reported revenue of $2.89 billion in 2017, with a pro
forma net loss of $378.9 million.
