The following individuals are jointly and primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of each Fund's portfolio: 

• Mario Clemente, Portfolio Manager, who has been associated with Invesco and/or its affiliates since 2014. From 2008 to 2014, he ran his own consulting firm.

• Kevin Collins, Portfolio Manager, who has been associated with Invesco and/or its affiliates since 2007.

• Brian Norris, Portfolio Manager, who has been associated with Invesco and/or its affiliates since 2001.
