of Mike McIsaac to the Company's
Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Mr. McIsaac has more than two decades of experience as a private
and public business advisor, including being a co-founder of the
Renaissance CPA firm and founder of Renaissance Mergers &
Acquisitions (RMA). Mr. McIsaac's business expertise and
entrepreneurship directly aligns with Network's goal to continue to
build a global brand and to deliver exceptional value to both
clients and shareholders.
