--Angolan national oil company Sonangol is negotiating the sale of its indirect holding in Galp Energia SGPS S/A (GALP.LB) with several oil majors which operate in Angola, Portugal's Jornal de Negocios reports, citing unnamed sources.

--Sonangol jointly holds a roughly 15% stake in the Portuguese oil producer via its Esperanza holding, whose other major shareholder is Isabel dos Santos, the daughter of Angola's former president, according to the Jornal de Negocios.

--The 15% stake in Galp is valued at around EUR2.2 billion, based on the company's market capitalization on Monday, the Jornal de Negocios says.
