Regions Bank today announced that it has named former General Electric Co. executive Clara Green to lead Diversity and Inclusion.

Green will lead the Diversity and Inclusion Center of Expertise in Regions’ Human Resources Group and report to Dave Keenan, head of Human Resources.

Clara Green Biographical Information:

Green joins Regions as Executive Vice President, Head of Diversity and Inclusion. Prior to joining Regions she worked for General Electric Co. for 20 years, most recently as Diversity and Inclusion Leader for GE Power, a 60,000 employee global organization. Her previous roles at GE include Diversity and Inclusion Leader for GE Power’s Power Services subsidiary, and Organization and Talent Development leader for GE Power & Water Power Generation Services. Green graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor of science degree in Industrial Relations. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Managers (SHRM) and the Atlanta Diversity Managers Affinity Group (ADMAG).
