On July 24, 2018, Petro River Oil Corp. (the
“
Company
”
) issued a press release announcing the discovery of its largest oil field to date with the Company
’
s successful drilling of the Arsaga 25-2 exploration well, located on its core acreage in Osage County, Oklahoma. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated by reference herein.
