Motorola Solutions Inc. (MSI) said Tuesday it won a patent infringement lawsuit it filed in Germany against a subsidiary of Hytera Communications Corp. (002583.SZ) over two-way radio technology.

A court in Mannheim issued an injunction against Hytera, preventing the company from selling products in Germany that infringe on Motorola's patents, Motorola said. The company also said the court ordered the infringing products that have already been sold to be recalled and destroyed.

Earlier this month, the U.S. International Trade Commission ruled Hytera infringed four Motorola patents related to two-way radios. A final determination by the ITC is scheduled to be issued later this year.

Shares of Motorola Solutions were down 0.4% to $120.87 in morning trading. Shares are up 34% so far this year.
