OMC Omnicom Group Inc

Omnicom Group Inc.(OMC) reported before the market opened Tuesday second-quarter earnings of $364 million, up 10.8% from a year earlier.

At $1.60 a share, the marketing company's earnings beat the $1.54 predicted by analysts polled by FactSet.

Omnicom's revenue grew 1.8% over last year to $3.86 billion in the quarter.

Omnicom said its saw the greatest organic growth in the second quarter in its European markets at 11.2%.

Omnicom shares were unchanged in premarket trading. The stock is up 7.24% so far this year.
