Compagnie Financiere Richemont SA (CFR.EB) has proposed Sophie Guieysse for election as new executive director to the company's board, it said Tuesday.

Ms Guieysse, currently human resources director and member of the Swiss luxury-goods conglomerate's senior executive committee, will report to the company's COO.

She joined Richemont from Dior in October 2017.

The election will take place at the next AGM in September.
