Effective
as of June 29, 2018, Ned L. Siegel resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Baltia Air Lines, Inc., d/b/a US Global Airways
(the “Company”). Mr. Siegel’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter
relating to its operations, policies or practices.
