Three Univision channels and their affiliated stations have been dropped off Dish Network's services, following a breakdown of negotiations between Univision Communications Inc. and Dish Network Corp.

Dish on Saturday said it declined to extend contracts with Univision, which asked for 75% rate increases on channels that have lost 30% in ratings over the last five years.

Univision on Monday said Dish was denying customers access to some of its "most-watched channels."
