On May 14, 2018, Alcoa Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a proposed offering of senior notes by Alcoa Nederland Holding B.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
