MUMBAI--Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (500696.BY), the Indian arm of Unilever PLC (ULVR.LN), reported a 14% rise in net profit for the three months ended March.

The country's largest consumer-products maker said its net profit was 13.51 billion rupees ($200.5 million) in the fiscal fourth quarter, compared with 11.83 billion rupees a year earlier. The results were in line with analysts' expectations.

Its revenue rose 2.6% to 90.03 billion rupees during the same period.

Shares of Hindustan Unilever were roughly flat on the Mumbai stock exchange.
