Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

In a press release issued on May 10, 2018, Nabors Industries Ltd. (the “Company”) announced the pricing of its previously announced concurrent underwritten public offerings of 35,000,000 common shares at $7.75 per share and 5,000,000 mandatory convertible preferred shares, series A with a purchase price and liquidation preference of $50.00 per share. In addition, the underwriters in each offering have been granted an option to purchase up to 5,250,000 additional common shares and up to 750,000 additional mandatory convertible preferred shares, series A. A copy of the press release is included in this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
