Berkshire's board of directors just quickly held its actual annual meeting.

The company's 14 directors were re-elected, and two shareholder resolutions--one about methane and one about sustainability reports--were voted down.

Greg Abel, one of the new vice chairmen, spoke at the meeting about the company's methane emissions and sustainability activities. Ajit Jain, the other new vice chairman, didn't speak.
