The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited (the “ Company ”) hereby announces that the head office of the Company in the People’s Republic of China (the “ PRC ”) will be changed to 5/F, Block A2, Northern District, CEA Building, 36 Hongxiang 3rd Road, Minhang District, Shanghai with effect from 26 April 2018.
