Announcement Regarding Moody’s Rating and Outlook

International rating agency Moody’s has revised our Company’s credit rating as “Ba1” in accordance with its internal practice to reflect its decision announced on March 7, 2018 to downgrade Turkey’s sovereign ratings. The outlook of our Company has been revised to “stable” from “negative”.

Turkcell maintains its “investment grade rating” from S&P and Fitch. In this respect Turkcell satisfies the minimum of two investment grade criteria of international investors.
