"At this year's Rental Show, we introduced a number of innovations we've developed to help those in the rental industry be more successful," says Todd Teske, Chairman, President & CEO of Briggs & Stratton. "Briggs & Stratton remains committed to continued innovation and advancing technologies to help all of our customers across our entire product line get tough jobs done more efficiently."

Attendees at this year's show were some of the first to see the 6.5-gross horsepower* Vanguard 200, the first of a full lineup of single cylinder commercial engines launching over the next two years. This all new engine was designed from the ground up based on feedback from more than 200 commercial dealers and contractors worldwide, and will deliver superior cold weather starting, lower noise and vibration, advanced air filtration and reduced standard maintenance costs. And, Briggs & Stratton helps customers make the most of their Vanguard engines with a superior support network of more than 40,000 dealers worldwide.

Allmand featured its new Night-LightTM E-Series Light Tower, which is geared toward special event rental applications. With its multi-directional forklift pockets and the ability to withstand 50 mph winds, this unit has the durability to be used in many different environments. This unit offers a 154,000 lumens output to light up a space with four LED light fixtures, as well as an automatic on/off functionality with a timer and photocell. Allmand also highlighted its top-of-the-line service and support and Power Portal to assure customers get the most value out of their products and the support they need.

Billy Goat continues to provide cutting edge performance and productivity within its product range to the rental industry. Two of its featured innovations at this year's Show included Text to Video, which has been extended across all Billy Goat rental equipment to reduce call-backs, improve customer satisfaction and provide a high level of confidence for both rental stores and customers; and its Next Gen Hydro-Drive 18" Sod Cutter, which features an exclusive laser clad cutting blade that offers three times longer blade life, saving rental stores blade replacement downtime and allowing their customers to enjoy a cleaner cut, easier handling and effortless advancement.
