On February 14, 2018, Insight Enterprises, Inc. announced by press release its results of operations for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2017. A copy of the press release and accompanying investor presentation are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and incorporated by reference herein.
