Item 8.01. Other Events.

On January 16, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing the intent of certain of its subsidiaries to complete a financing transaction which will include the sale of a new series of securitized debt and will reduce the capacity available under their variable funding notes. This press release is attached as Exhibit 99.
