Earnings Release

On January 10, 2018 , SUPERVALU INC. (“Supervalu”) issued a News Release announcing its financial results for the quarter (12 weeks) ended December 2, 2017 . A copy of the News Release issued by Supervalu in connection with this Item 2.02 is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
