Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 7, 2018, representatives of Neuralstem, Inc. (the “Company”) presented slides at the Neuroscience Innovation Forum for BD&L and Investment in Therapeutics and Technology at the Marines’ Memorial Club in San Francisco, California. A copy of the presentation is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.01. Additionally, on January 8, 2018, representatives of the Company presented a corporate presentation to investors. A copy of the corporate presentation is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.02 .
