REPORT ON FORM 6-K

Attached is the English translation of the summary of the letter dated January 2, 2018, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores .

By letter dated January 2, 2018, the company reported that continuing with the instructions given by the Commissioner of Capital Markets, Insurance and Savings of Israel to the Trustee regarding the guidelines related to the sale of Clal shares, it is reported that on January 1, 2018, IDBD has sold 5% of its stake in Clal through a swap transaction, in accordance with the same principles that applied to the swap transaction made and informed to the market on May and August 2017.

The transaction was set at an amount of approximately NIS 170.5 million. After the completion of the transaction, IDBD’s stake in Clal was reduced to 39.8% of its share capital.
