OMV's Baumgarten Gas Distribution Station Closed Following Incident

Austria's OMV AG (OMV.VI) said Tuesday that its gas distribution
station in Baumgarten was closed following a fatal incident on
Tuesday morning.
An explosion and fire occurred in the station, causing one death
and 21 injuries, the company said. The station is owned by Gas
Connect Austria--a subsidiary in which OMV holds 51%--and is one of
Central Europe's most important gas hubs, according to the
company.
OMV said that gas supply in Austria is currently secure.
