The Registrant’s Form 10-Q for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2017 could not be filed within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense because the review of the Registrant’s financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2017 had not been completed prior to the close of business on November 14, 2017.
